The purpose of this e book is simple. To help you understand how your childhood experiences shaped your nervous system, beliefs, behaviours, and emotional world, so you can finally stop thinking youre a loon and start seeing yourself with a bit more compassion.
Nobody taught us how to human. We were taught how to behave, cope, stay quiet, stay strong, stay useful, stay small. But no one really explained what was happening inside us or why we react, feel, attach, shut down, people please, panic, or go numb the way we do.
This e book exists to make sense of that.
This is for you if you feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, if you’ve tried to work on yourself but still feel off, or if you suspect your childhood had more of an impact than you were ever allowed to admit.
When you understand what happened and why your nervous system adapted the way it did, shame loosens its grip. Things start to click. You realise your reactions make sense. And from that place, real change becomes possible.
This is not a self help pep talk.
