I’m Chanel Duffy, a neuroscience informed mindset coach specialising in childhood trauma. I’m also a breathwork practitioner and a root cause therapist. I help women understand how past pain has potentially shaped the person they are today. Once you see how trauma quietly runs the show in your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, you can finally stop being ruled by it and start living differently. My approach is to help those who don't know where to begin!
I know this work inside out because I’ve lived it. My childhood was full of abuse and by 19 I was broken, lost, and ready to end it all. (Don’t worry, the story does get lighter.)
Talking therapy and medication never gave me what I needed. Nothing worked. So I did what most of us do when we are in survival mode. I shoved it all down and got on with life. It worked until it didn’t. In my thirties, I broke.
That’s when I started searching for answers in a different way. I stopped skimming the surface and went deep. I began exploring the root cause of my struggles, diving into how trauma rewires the brain and body. Over six years of healing, I found approaches that didn’t just make sense, they changed everything.
Now I want to share what i have learned. Because everyone deserve more than a life of coping. You deserve an amazing f*cking life. A life that isn’t ruled by shame, pain, or fear. A life that feels like freedom.
So I’ll ask you the hardest question of all.
